As the Senior Manager, Mid-Market Sales you will have a highly visible role within the organization reporting through the Chief Commercial Officer to the CEO. You will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team to conduct a market assessment of Lytx’s opportunity in the middle market verticals, develop a high-growth business plan (including all vital investments, forecasts and go-to-market strategies) and to drive the sales activity to achieve targets set by the business. You’ll Get To:
  • Implement the business plan, achieving sales targets and objectives
  • Be responsible for mentoring and leading your team in sales efficiency, product knowledge, messaging, and forecast accuracy
  • Engage in key client meetings at all stages of the sales cycle
  • Coordinate extensively with SDR leadership in strategy and execution of prospecting activities for your team
  • Hire, develop and lead a highly engaged team
  • Guide and influence cross functional teams to drive initiatives and accelerate sales performance
  • Leverage business tools to understand key insights that will lead to strategy refinement
  • Become subject matter authority and enthusiast for Lytx mid-market segment
  • Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need:
  • Experienced sales and technology leader with a passion for leading a team of experienced sellers to drive business outcomes
  • 3+ years experience leading an outside sales team with validated results
  • 7+ years of sales experience
  • SaaS experience a plus
  • Validated strategic leadership capabilities, aligning team tactics and initiatives to company strategy to drive successful business outcomes
  • Experience working in longer sales cycle environments
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com and other tools to lead and get results
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
$155,250.00 - $195,750.00
